Live for the moment!

That's my excuse for not remembering to update this journal for the past... well, lets not talk about that. Despite no massive hiking treks through India, or wild parties in Prauge, it's been a great Gap Year, and I'm really, really glad that I did it. University starts in just over a week, and I can't wait. Not in that "Oooh, I get to be old, and get into pubs legally" way, that quite a few college leavers feel, but in a "Education! I get to go back to learning!" way, that I think quite a few adults must feel for.

I've spent quite a bit of the past year working, but now it's time to kick back, and live. The Motorbike comes out again on Monday, and the plan is to head up to Scotland. Why? Because I feel like it!

Ha ha... as for Halo, its not really my fav. game, I was just missing playing it with my mates online since my computer randomly decided to stop running it, when I filled that out. So it was just on my mind at the time. I'll go update that now. :)

For all who want to know

The Lightning picture was taken handheld whilst in a large thunderstorm (Biggest I've ever been in)

The exposure was about 5 seconds at f/2.8, and basically I just stood there with the camera tight against my chest, and it on continous shot.

Took me about half an hour but eventually I got lucky and caught a good shot.
